I attended a two day course that Gary taught. It was one of the most insightful, hands on courses I have been on to date. Gary was very organised, attentive and resourceful. I attended the three day training course which is taught by Gary. The course was superb, with Gary providing a lot of information broken down into digestible chunks. I feel much more confident with my knowledge and understanding of softeners now.
The course provides a lot of information both practical and theoretical, it’s delivered in a way without it being taxing or hard to understand. Having multiple control valves to strip down to gains hands on experience whilst also having the support of a great trainer is invaluable. I am definitely interested in attending further courses.

“Comprehensive hands-on practical training”
I’ve attended the softener training courses taught by Gary in an extremely professional manner. I found this course to be a great balance of theory accompanied by a comprehensive hands-on practical training; by the end of the course I felt more than comfortable sizing up a softener, dismantling them and programming them.
Gary’s courses are intensive but they are taught in a way which makes it feel less intense. I would certainly recommend these courses and are going to sign more engineers up for them.
